 TRUST
Trust is based on Love. Little
children learning to walk for the first time step out on faith when their mother or daddy
calls to them. When two people fall in Love they trust each other by committing their
lives to each other in marriage.
Trusting God is easy for His
children. They are able to go to Him in prayer and receive wisdom and blessings beyond all
comprehension. God is Love. Jesus is the Truth of God's Infinite Goodness and the
composite of all God's outward expressions of Love. As part of the body of Christ, each
child of God is to be trusted. We can trust all of our brethren because they are branches
of the vine (Jesus).
Trusting and believing in Love
is the vehicle that will enable us to live eternally in the Light of God's Love.
Psalm 4:5 - Do what is right
as a sacrifice to the Lord and trust in the Lord.
Psalm 7:1 - Lord my God, I trust in
You for protection. Save me and rescue me from those who are chasing me.
Psalm 73:28 - But I am close to
God, and that is good. The Lord God is my protection. I will tell all that You have done.
Psalm 125:1 - Those who trust in
the Lord are like Mount Zion, which sits unmoved forever.
Proverbs 3:5 - Trust in the Lord
with all your heart, and don't depend on your own understanding.
